Customer Service Representative – Telecommunications Account
We are actively hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals to join our Telecommunications Customer Support Team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a long-term career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
As a Customer Service Representative for our Telco account, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing concerns, account management, service inquiries, technical support, and general customer assistance. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding telecommunications products and services
• Resolve billing disputes, technical concerns, and account-related inquiries
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records in the system
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and operational procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
