Job Title: Assistant Manager (MET)
Location: Alabang
Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 50,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Money Exchange and Transfer (MET) department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Oversee MET transactions and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.
- Monitor MET performance metrics and implement measures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and mentor MET staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Provide support to the MET Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of banking and financial experience.
- Amenable to onsite work setup in Alabang.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
