Qualifications:
• 3 years exp as a Spanish Bilingual Supervisor in the BPO with 3 years of CS background Financial /Mortgage experience is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Should be fluent in Spanish and must have Spanish certification for at least an intermediate level.
• Great People Management skills with proven record in critical and analytical thinking.
• Experience in client engagement.
• Amenable to US shift timings.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
Other Details:
Lead a team of bilingual (English and Spanish) associates. Promoting mortgage products, continually engaging with a pipeline of customers and help them retain their home via servicing and collection efforts, while maintaining compliance with current client, federal and investor guidelines
