JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager Role: Outbound Sales - Travel & Hospitality - MOA*

Location: MOA, Pasay - Onsite | Shift: Graveyard Shift

*ABOUT THE ROLE - LEAD OUR TRAVEL SALES TEAM:*

We are looking for an *Outbound Sales Assistant Manager* for our premium *Travel Account* in *MOA Pasay*. If you are a dynamic, energetic sales leader with strong BPO sales experience, this is your chance to lead a high-performing team!

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Lead, manage, and motivate Team Leaders and sales agents to hit and exceed outbound sales targets

- Drive overall sales performance through effective coaching and KPI management

- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement winning sales strategies

- Create and present performance reports and collaborate with clients and stakeholders

- Inspire and develop your team to reach their full potential

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of BPO Sales experience required

- Leadership: At least 2 to 3 years managing Team Leaders / at Assistant Manager level

- Expertise: Strong background in Outbound Sales, team coaching, and driving sales KPIs

- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

- Personality: Energetic and engaging - client requirement

- Preferred: Background in Travel & Hospitality - cruise lines / hotels experience is a big plus

- Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA Pasay - Graveyard shift

- Availability: Can start ASAP
