We are seeking a strategic, highly organized professional with exceptional communication, research, and multitasking skills to manage Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) for a fast-paced account.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge & Training Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding, OJT, Go-Live governance, and continuous refresher training.
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Align with clients and stakeholders to document processes, host calibration sessions, and drive action items.
Compliance & Administration: Streamline policy updates, maintain training data, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Performance & Metrics: Coach trainers and policy specialists while owning Knowledge Management and business performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience as a Trainer (Social Media experience preferred; open to other industries).
Stable job history (not a job hopper).
Amenable to mid-shift/shifting schedules onsite in Quezon City.
