*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound inquiries for a global financial account

- Assist customers with banking, financial, and account-related concerns

- Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolution to customer issues

- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, policies, and security procedures

- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT and quality scores

- Document all interactions accurately and follow standard operating procedures

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate - College Graduate is a plus

- Minimum 2 years experience in Banking / Financial Account - BPO or Banking Industry REQUIRED

- Experience in financial services, banking, lending, credit cards, or related field preferred

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule including night shift, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners are highly preferred
