ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring for Financial Account at Concentrix IT Park. This is a customer service role supporting financial / banking customers.

Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts via phone, chat, or email

Assist with account concerns, billing, transactions, and service requests

Provide accurate information and excellent customer experience

Document all interactions properly in the system

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

At least High School graduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience

Good communication skills and customer service oriented

Willing to work onsite at Concentrix IT Park

Able to work shifting schedule if required
