*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound / outbound voice calls for BFS account

- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

- Meet performance metrics and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- At least SHS Graduate / 2nd Year College Completed (Old Curriculum)

- Minimum 1 Year BPO Experience on a Voice Account

- Good English communication skills

- Amenable to work onsite in Iloilo and on shifting schedule
