*About the Role:*

iQor is hiring 20 Thai Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a premium work-from-home opportunity. This is a high-paying role ideal for candidates fluent in Thai. No BPO experience required.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account, billing, and service-related requests

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality targets

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

*Qualifications:*

- Fluent in Thai, spoken and written, required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- With or without BPO experience - fresh graduates are welcome

- Collections / O2C experience is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines (Valid Work Visa / TRV / ACR accepted)

- Willing to work shifting / night shift schedule in WFH setup

- Can start ASAP
