Job Description

Join our team as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executive and assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate and efficient support in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment.

What We’re Looking For

- At least High School Graduate

- Conversational Spanish proficiency — advanced certification is not required

- At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience

- Bilingual Spanish CSR experience is preferred but not required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills

- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City or Bridgetowne, Quezon City

- Willing to work on a night shift/shifting schedule
