We’re hiring Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives to join a fast-paced customer service environment. If you can communicate comfortably in Spanish and have BPO customer service experience, this could be your next opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

At least High School Graduate
Conversational Spanish proficiency — advanced certification is not required
At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience
Previous Bilingual Spanish CSR experience is an advantage, but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused and comfortable handling inquiries and concerns
Willing to work onsite in:
- Jollibee Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City
- Exxa Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Amenable to night or shifting schedules
