BPO Agent - Healthcare Account - EXL Cebu Site - Up to 23K

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring for our Healthcare Account in EXL Cebu! This is an onsite opportunity offering up to PHP 23,000 package for qualified candidates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Handle healthcare-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Assist customers with concerns and ensure timely resolution

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes

- Meet performance metrics and quality standards

- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least SHS Graduate or 2 years undergraduate (completed)

- Minimum 1 year BPO experience required

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu

- No healthcare experience required - training provided
