Clinical Service Desk Analyst (CSDA)
Location: Cebu City | Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Flexible/Shifting (24/7 operations)
Salary: PHP 38,500–44,500 monthly package
Start Date: August 14, 2026
We are hiring Clinical Service Desk Analysts to provide first-level technical support for healthcare professionals by resolving issues affecting clinical applications, EHR systems, and other healthcare technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools.
Troubleshoot clinical applications, hardware, and software issues.
Log, prioritize, and document incidents accurately.
Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams or vendors.
Assist users with application guidance and system navigation.
Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
Follow healthcare data privacy and security standards.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and healthcare stakeholders.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of Healthcare Service Desk or IT Service Desk (L1/L2) experience.
Experience supporting clinical applications and/or EHR systems.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA-driven support is preferred.
Strong English communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on shifting schedules.
