Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice)
Accounts: Travel & Automotive
Location: Alabang
Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both welcome

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via call/chat/email
Booking support, itinerary changes & travel assistance (Travel)
Vehicle service queries, roadside assistance & product support (Automotive)
Provide accurate information with excellent customer service
Maintain quality and compliance standards

Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (English/other languages a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts
