We are hiring a *Customer Service Representative for our Banking & Finance account!* In this role, you will assist customers with their banking and financial concerns, ensuring accurate and timely resolution while delivering outstanding service.

- Provide step-by-step assistance and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Properly document all interactions and comply with policies
- Work with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*
- SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college / university
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience is required
- Good to excellent English communication skills - Written and verbal
- Willing to work onsite
- Amenable to Banking and Finance account
