Are you an experienced SAP LE Transportation professional with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and business transformation?

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation to help design innovative business solutions, optimize transportation and logistics processes, and drive strategic transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to translate complex business requirements into effective and scalable SAP solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who is ready to take on a leadership role, influence key decisions, and contribute to high-impact transformation projects.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP LE Transportation.

- Evaluate existing transportation and logistics processes to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable business and technical solutions.

- Design and support the implementation of business solutions integrated with SAP transportation and logistics modules.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project delivery.

- Take ownership of key team decisions and contribute to strategic decisions across multiple teams.

- Provide solutions to complex challenges affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.

- Facilitate effective coordination between business stakeholders and technology teams.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.

- Develop process models and comprehensive business cases to support transformation initiatives.

- Support the implementation of strategic projects and organizational change initiatives.

- Mentor and guide team members, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.

- Promote best practices in SAP transportation, logistics, and business process optimization.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP LE Transportation
Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation
Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation logistics processes
Experience designing and implementing business solutions integrated with SAP transportation modules
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience facilitating communication between business and technical teams
Knowledge of process modeling and business process improvement
Experience developing business cases to support transformation initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Leadership experience with the ability to collaborate, guide, and mentor team members
