Business Architect – SAP MM Inventory Management

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP MM Inventory Management to identify opportunities that deliver tangible business value through process improvement, business solution design, and technology-enabled transformation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management, with the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into effective SAP solutions, and support strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and analyze high-level requirements from business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into effective technology-enabled solutions.
Design scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop business cases and support strategic transformation initiatives.
Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Analyze and document business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
Support change management initiatives by communicating business impacts and benefits.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes.
Experience mapping business requirements to SAP MM functionalities.
Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other enterprise systems.
Proficiency in documenting business processes and creating clear, actionable specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
Strong workshop facilitation and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
