Position: Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist

Company: Onsite in Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Day shift - 8 am to 5 pm / 9 am to 6 pm

Basic Pay: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 all-in, depends on work experience

Target Start Date: ASAP

Job Purpose:

- Offer HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines

- Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound calls

- Develop leads and referrals into sales achievement

- Generate appointments with prospects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree holder of any course. Marketing and Business Management preferred

- At least 2 years of experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns

- Experience in B2B sales and marketing is a plus

- Excellent customer relationship skills

- Experience in telesales / cold calling is an advantage

- Experience in Payroll Solutions / HR Services lead generation is an advantage

- Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools
