Hiring – Business Intelligence Manager – WFM

Location: McKinley 6, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid

Salary: ₱80,000–₱110,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to drive the development of BI solutions, support complex projects and processes, and provide expert guidance across the business area.

The role will be responsible for leading a team of specialists, implementing business strategies and processes, driving improvements, and providing coaching and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development and implementation of BI solutions for complex projects and business processes.
Act as a subject-matter expert and decision-maker within the area of expertise.
Implement short- to medium-term activities aligned with departmental strategy.
Develop and implement appropriate policies, processes, and standards.
Lead and manage a team of BI specialists.
Handle employee lifecycle responsibilities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Provide guidance and training to team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
Support process improvements and technology-driven initiatives.
Apply AI and emerging technologies to improve business intelligence capabilities.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence.
Knowledge and professional experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Co-work/Code, or similar AI initiatives.
Strong knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages.
Experience managing and leading teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
