Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Designer – Oracle Cloud Cost Management to analyze, develop, and improve business workflows and processes. The role will focus on identifying process inefficiencies, gathering detailed business requirements, designing optimized workflows, and supporting continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Cost Management, along with knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems, cost control methodologies, process modeling, business requirements analysis, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, and operational performance.
Evaluate process performance and recommend enhancements based on business needs and data insights.
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.

Oracle Cloud Cost Management

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Apply Oracle Cloud Cost Management knowledge to support business process design and optimization.
Analyze cost management processes and identify opportunities for improved control and efficiency.
Support business users in understanding and improving Oracle Cloud Cost Management-related processes.
Apply knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems and cost control methodologies.

Business Requirements & Solution Design

Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
Develop and document detailed product requirements and use cases.
Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
Contribute to providing practical solutions for process and workflow-related challenges.

Process Modeling & Documentation

Develop and maintain detailed process documentation.
Create and maintain workflow diagrams and process models.
Use appropriate process modeling techniques to visualize current and future-state workflows.
Document process changes, requirements, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
Ensure process documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Workshops & Stakeholder Collaboration

Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and stakeholders.
Drive discussions to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Build consensus among stakeholders on proposed process changes.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of process improvements.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Design mechanisms for continuous monitoring of process performance.
Establish feedback collection mechanisms to identify areas requiring further improvement.
Monitor process effectiveness and recommend corrective actions where required.
Support a culture of continuous improvement through regular process reviews and optimization.
Analyze process data and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Change Management

Support change management initiatives related to process improvements.
Communicate process changes clearly and effectively to business users and stakeholders.
Support adoption of new processes and workflows.
Help stakeholders understand changes, expected outcomes, and operational impacts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Strong understanding of cloud-based financial management systems.
Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies.
Experience analyzing complex business processes and workflows.
Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical requirements.
Experience with process modeling tools and techniques.
Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for process optimization.
Ability to work independently and perform as a Subject Matter Expert.
