*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance

- Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Deliver an excellent customer service experience and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Maintain high CSAT and quality scores while adhering to company policies

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum of 12 months of BPO / Call Center experience is required

- Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) is a strong advantage

- Strong English communication skills and excellent customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City

- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

*Salary Offer Based on Experience:*

- Competitive package from Php 19,000 up to Php 28,000

- Higher salary offer for candidates with solid BFSI / banking experience
