We are seeking a Card Services Product Trainer – Financial Program to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for new hires and existing frontline teams supporting financial card services. The role involves conducting onboarding, refresher, and upskilling sessions, developing training materials, providing nesting and floor support, tracking training effectiveness through key performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with client policies and service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate should have experience as a trainer in a BPO handling financial or commercial card services, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work on shifting schedules.
