Salary: Up to PHP 23,000 plus PHP 3,200 Allowance plus 1 Month Basic Bonus

CGI Taguig McKinley is hiring for Customer Service Voice International Account. Up to 23K salary plus allowance plus joining bonus. Limited slots available.

Salary Breakdown:

PHP 18,000 basic - for 6 months BPO voice experience

PHP 20,000 to 21,000 basic - for 1 to 2 years BPO voice experience

PHP 22,000 to 23,000 basic - for 2 to 3 years BPO voice experience

Plus PHP 3,200 monthly allowance

Plus joining bonus equivalent to 1 month basic salary

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via voice support for international account

Provide world-class customer service and resolve concerns efficiently

Assist with account management, billing, and service-related inquiries

Meet quality metrics and ensure high customer satisfaction

Document customer interactions accurately

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months international voice account experience required

BPO experience must be international account only, local accounts like GCASH, local banks, local telcos not qualified

Must have at least 1 year tenure per company, job hoppers not qualified

Open to High School Graduates, Senior High Graduates, Undergraduates, and Career Shifters

Excellent English communication skills

Willing to work 100 percent onsite in McKinley, Taguig on fixed night shift

Can start ASAP
