Hiring for Customer Service Voice Account in CGI Taguig McKinley! Up to 23K salary + 3.2K allowance + 1 month joining bonus - Limited slots!

*Salary Breakdown:*

- ₱18,000 Basic - For 6 months BPO voice experience

- ₱20,000 - ₱21,000 Basic - For 1-2 years BPO voice experience

- ₱22,000 - ₱23,000 Basic - For 2-3 years BPO voice experience

- PLUS ₱3,200 Monthly Allowance

- PLUS Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 MONTH BASIC SALARY!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via voice support for international account

- Provide world-class customer service and resolve concerns efficiently

- Assist with account management, billing, and service-related inquiries

- Meet quality metrics and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Document customer interactions accurately

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum 6 months INTERNATIONAL voice account experience - REQUIRED

- BPO experience must be international account only

- NOT qualified if experience is local account only (e.g., GCASH, local banks, local telcos)

- Must have at least 1 year tenure per company - Job hoppers are NOT qualified

- Open to High School Graduates, Senior High Graduates, Undergraduates, and Career Shifters

- Must have excellent conversational English communication skills

- Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig - Fixed night shift

- Can start ASAP
