Join Concentrix Taguig for a non-voice account. This is ideal for candidates with BPO experience who are more comfortable with chat and email than voice calls.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through chat and email. You will deliver quality customer engagement and ensure concerns are resolved with high satisfaction.
Key Duties:
Handle chat and email inquiries
Provide professional customer engagement
Resolve issues accurately
Meet quality and satisfaction targets
Properly document all interactions
Requirements:
High School Graduate Old Curriculum or SHS Graduate
Minimum 1 year BPO experience
Strong written English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Taguig
Open to shifting schedule
Available to start immediately
