Chat Support Specialist Jobs in Pasig City
Job Description:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll use your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Educate customers about our products and services.
- Document and maintain customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
