SALARY: 30k-40k

LOCATION: Bridgetowne, QC

SHIFT: Shifting

TARGET START DATE: ASAP

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Amenable to Work Onsite at our Bridgetowne Site

• Must be at least College Level

• Must have at least 1-3 years of related experience

• Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer or in a similar role in a BPO industry.

• Experience with training tools and methods to assess and improve communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct voice and accent training sessions to improve agents’ spoken English, pronunciation, tone, and clarity.

• Provide regular one-on-one and group coaching to ensure agents can effectively communicate with international clients.

• Monitor and evaluate live or recorded calls, providing constructive feedback to agents.

• Conduct role-playing and mock calls to simulate real customer interactions for practice.

• Identify areas for improvement and customize training programs to meet individual and team needs.

• Collaborate with other training teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall company training goals.

• Conduct TNA for BAU Refreshers

• Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

Must have:
