Location: Zuellig Office, Parañaque
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

We are looking for an experienced CIS Functional Support Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and supporting integration solutions between SAP and client systems, ensuring seamless business process integration and reliable data exchange.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for system integrations.
Design interface solutions and perform SAP data mapping using standard tables and BAPI fields.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, including process and IT mapping.
Develop and execute test scripts for Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Support interface deployment, post-implementation activities, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Monitor interface performance and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with business users, clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of relevant experience in SAP integration, interface development, or functional support.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of interface formats including:
- XML
- IDOC
- X12
- EDIFACT
- CSV
- Excel
Experience with SAP mapping using Standard Tables and BAPI fields.
Experience with file transfer technologies:
- SFTP
- APIs
- SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- AS2
Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as:
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP EWM
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies including Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Familiarity with business processes such as Sales, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Customer Returns, QA, and Repackaging.
