*Job Description:*

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle inquiries on insurance policies and brokerage services for our Financial Account.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inquiries on insurance policies and brokerage services

- Provide accurate and professional support to customers

- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation and account handling

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics, KPIs, and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- Senior high school graduate / 2 years college undergrad / college graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
