Account: Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account
Salary: Up to PHP 24,000 Salary Package
Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-Time
Cognizant Taguig is urgently hiring for Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account. At least 6 months BPO voice experience required.
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries on insurance policies and brokerage services
Provide accurate and professional support to customers
Ensure accuracy in policy documentation and account handling
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics, KPIs, and quality standards
Qualifications:
Senior high school graduate / 2 years college undergrad / college graduate
At least 6 months BPO voice experience required
Excellent English communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Can start ASAP
