Job Title: Collection Analyst (E-commerce Account)
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection Analyst to join our team, supporting our e-commerce account. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in a BPO setting. However, candidates with no BPO experience will also be considered. The Collection Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the collection process, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Collections Management:
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment terms.
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding balances.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Generate reports on collection activities and share insights with the team.

Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to billing and collections.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Compliance:
- Adhere to legal and company policies regarding debt collection practices.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in a BPO (No BPO experience acceptable).
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays.
- Educational Background: College Graduate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (Onsite work required).
Salary: 16k-27k ALL IN (Depending on work experience).
