Hiring: Collection Associate – B2B Accounts Receivable | Aura Taguig

Location: Aura, Taguig (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000
Target Start Date: July 27, 2026

Job Responsibilities:

Manage assigned customer portfolios and achieve collection targets.
Perform B2B collections through calls and emails.
Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments.
Coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Cash Application teams to resolve payment disputes.
Maintain accurate collection records and customer account updates.
Support invoice submissions, AP portal activities, vendor setup, and PO-related issues.
Escalate critical accounts as required while meeting SLA, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B Collections, or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Strong knowledge of AR aging, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and promise-to-pay management.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent English communication (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a night shift.
Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire.
