The Collections Manager – B2B will lead and develop a collections team to achieve cash flow objectives, reduce aging, and drive operational excellence while ensuring a positive customer experience and compliance with established processes.

The role requires flexibility to work US shifts and support global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
▪Lead day-to-day B2B collections operations and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
▪Drive portfolio reviews, aging reduction, and collection effectiveness initiatives.
▪Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of collection activities and customer follow-ups.
▪Conduct coaching, knowledge-sharing sessions, refresher training, and performance reviews.
▪Mentor team members and support capability development.
▪Handle customer escalations and coordinate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams for issue resolution.
▪Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
▪Support governance reviews, reporting, and stakeholder management activities.
▪Ensure adherence to operational controls, quality standards, SOPs, and process documentation.
▪Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve collections performance and operational efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
▪Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
▪5–8 years of relevant experience, including manager-level/team management experience.
▪Strong experience in B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable.
▪Experience managing B2B Collections/AR teams.
▪Strong exposure to AR processes and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
▪Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments.
▪Proven experience handling customer escalations and cross-functional collaboration.
▪Strong people management, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
▪Experience supporting US customers and/or global operations is preferred.
▪Knowledge of collections systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred.
▪Experience with Cash Application and Dispute Management is an advantage.
