Compliance Admin Officer, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing!

A Compliance Admin Officer is expected to do:

As part of the ESG & Compliance Team, you will be supporting the Category, Product & Brand Teams with ESG and product safety communications and supplier follow-up. Your tasks will include:

Ensuring all Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) data is collected, accurate, collated, updated, and loaded into Modern Star systems, including but not limited to:
- Product safety compliance documents
- FSC/PEFC, Illegal Logging
- Item & Weight Master
- Packaging & Labelling Master
- Ethical Sourcing, Sedex and factory audits
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS) & Standards renewals, including reviewing and saving new relevant compliance and SDS PDF’s

Work together with internal stakeholders to support the teams where needed.

Communicate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, to request the required documents and information

What it takes to be part of our team:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Qualifications.

At least 1-2 years experience

Proficient in Microsoft, especially in Excel, SharePoint, Planner, and other Microsoft programs.

Advantageous but not compulsory:
- Sedex
- Safety & Product Compliance
- ISO Systems
- Factory audits
- FSC/PEFC and or Illegal logging
- Packaging Design and or Logistics

Have prior knowledge of product compliance.

High attention to detail

Action-orientated and responsive

Able to work independently, and not afraid to make decisions based on available information. Guidance from our compliance team is available where needed, who will be responsible for final sign-off.

Communicate, effectively, and professionally with suppliers, product team members, and other internal departments, both written and verbally.

You have a methodical way of working; you will be switching a lot between tasks.
