What You'll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries for our Financial Account
- Deliver excellent customer service and accurate information
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Meet performance targets and quality metrics
- Work collaboratively with your team for account success
Requirements:
- College graduate - any course / course not relevant
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- No BPO experience needed - training provided!
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Angeles City
- Available to start ASAP
