WORK SETUP: Shifting Schedule

Role Overview:
Join our GDS account as a Corporate Travel Specialist! You will handle end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary management for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Process corporate travel bookings using GDS platforms.
Manage flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures.
Resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate – required.
Min. 3 years Corporate Travel Experience – mandatory (non-negotiable).
Proficiency in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule.
