Hiring: CRM Lead
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 Days Onsite, Remaining Day(s) Work From Home)
Work Shift: Night Shift / Graveyard Shift
Experience: 5+ Years
Start Date: TBD
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications with client stakeholders.
Deliver software enhancements, defect fixes, minor projects, and integrations within the CRM platform.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 based on business needs.
Design and implement scalable, user-centric CRM solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.
Lead and mentor development teams while coordinating with offshore teams.
Participate in Agile development processes and deliver projects within timelines.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 configuration and customization.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SOA architecture.
Strong programming skills in C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Azure tools and technologies.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
Good understanding of SSRS, CRM reporting, and Dynamics CRM integrations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading development teams and working with offshore teams.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics CE certification.
Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
Knowledge of XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, MVC, and web services.
