Job Description:

Join Accenture Cebu as a Customer Service Associate! Open to college graduates even without BPO experience. Earn up to 25K and start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally via voice / non-voice support

- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently

- Maintain high level of professionalism and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Excellent English Communication Skills

- Open to college graduates with or without BPO experience

- Also open to HS/SHS or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule and during holidays if needed

- Willing to work in Cebu City, Cebu
