- Handle financial and insurance customer inquiries

- Provide account support and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service

- Maintain quality and compliance standards

*Qualifications:*

- Completed at least 2nd year college (Non-Negotiable)

- With Financial / Banking background - REQUIRED

- With at least 1 year BPO experience

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
