We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial / Insurance account in BGC. Perfect for candidates with financial / banking background who want to grow in a global BPO.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial & insurance accounts

- Provide account support and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer experience

- Meet quality, compliance, and performance targets

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Completed at least 2nd year college (required, non-negotiable)

- With financial / banking background (required)

- At least 1 year BPO experience

- Good to excellent communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig

- Can start ASAP
