Customer Service Rep - Financial / Insurance - Cognizant Taguig City - Up to 24K - 6 Months BPO Voice - Onsite

*Location:* Taguig City - Onsite (WFO)

*Account:* Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account

*Salary:* Up to PHP 24,000 Salary Package

*Setup:* Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-time

Cognizant Taguig is urgently hiring for Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account! At least 6 months BPO voice experience required! Earn up to PHP 24K with a leading global company!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inquiries on insurance policies and brokerage services

- Provide accurate and professional support to customers

- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation and account handling

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics, KPIs, and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- Senior High School Graduate / 2 Years College Undergrad / College Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
