Cognizant Taguig is urgently hiring for Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account. At least 6 months BPO voice experience required.

*Job Description:*

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account in Taguig City. Earn up to 24K package!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inquiries on insurance policies and brokerage services

- Provide accurate and professional support to customers

- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation and account handling

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics, KPIs, and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- Senior High School Graduate / 2 Years College Undergrad / College Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
