*Job Description:*

We are looking for experienced Voice Customer Service Representatives to join our Insurance Voice Team for the MENDOTA account in EXL Pasay. This is a stable, long-term insurance campaign offering a non-toxic work environment and clear career growth opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to insurance via voice channel

- Provide accurate information, assistance, and timely resolution

- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and performance metrics

- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in Voice account (required)

- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

- Amenable to work onsite in Pasay City

- Willing to work on shifting / rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
