Job Description
Senior High School Graduates with at least 0-17 months of BPO voice experience in any account
Preferably with at least 1 year of Property & Casualty, Non-life, or General Insurance experience
Strong verbal communication for professional client interactions.
Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance preferred
Detail-oriented in handling policy inquiries
Willing to work onsite at Taguig.
