CSR - Insurance Voice Account (MENDOTA) - EXL Pasay (Up to 22K Package)

Salary: Up to PHP 22,000 Package

Setup: Onsite / Shifting Schedule

Be part of our Insurance Voice Team in Pasay! We're looking for experienced Voice CSRs for our stable MENDOTA account.

Your Role:

- Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide accurate information and assistance

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Meet quality and performance metrics

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
