*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

WNS Global Services Iloilo is urgently hiring 40 CSRs for our stable Insurance Voice Account. Great opportunity for Iloilo-based BPO pros!

*SALARY BREAKDOWN (Based on Exp):*

- Php 17K-20K Package: For 6 months to 1 year BPO voice exp

- Php 21K-26K Package: For 2 years & above BPO voice exp (with payslip)

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle inbound inquiries related to insurance products & services

- Provide accurate info and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service and high satisfaction

- Meet quality and performance targets

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- At least SHS Graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice exp required

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City - shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
