*Position:* Multilingual Customer Support - Mandarin Language

*Location:* Quezon City - Onsite (WFO)

*Work Schedule:* Shifting / Night Shift

*Salary:* ₱40,000 to ₱119,027.33 + ₱20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

*Headcount:* 20 Openings

*Availability:* ASAP

We are urgently hiring 20 Mandarin Speakers for QC! Open even without BPO experience - Earn up to ₱119K + ₱20K Sign-on Bonus!

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, email

- Provide support in English and Mandarin

- Assist with account inquiries, billing, product info, and general support

- Resolve concerns and deliver excellent customer experience

- Document interactions accurately in company systems

- Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals

*Qualifications:*

- WITH or WITHOUT BPO experience - Open to all

- Fluent in Mandarin (speak fluently and professionally)

- Working knowledge of English

- Collections / Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in PH with valid working VISA

- Accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants

- Can start ASAP
