Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients
Schedule and confirm appointments
Respond to phone calls and messages
Maintain accurate patient records
Handle complaints professionally
Qualifications:
• Open to all education levels
• Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company;
• Preferably with healthcare exp
• With EXCELLENT communication skills
• Must be willing to work on-site - BGC Taguig
• Age limit: 50 years old
