Customer Service Representative – Insurance Brokerage Account
Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig

Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR-PE) to join our Insurance Brokerage Account in Taguig. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer service background who are interested in supporting clients with insurance-related concerns.
Qualifications
Senior High School (SHS) graduate or higher
At least 6–17 months of BPO voice experience in any account
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience in financial services or non-life insurance is preferred
Detail-oriented when handling policy inquiries and customer concerns
Excellent client interaction and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and services
Provide accurate and professional assistance to clients
Address policy-related concerns and requests
Maintain a high level of customer service during every interaction
Document customer interactions and information accurately
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
