Salary: Up to PHP 24,000 Package
Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule

About the Role:
Concentrix Taguig is hiring for Customer Engagement - Blended Non-Voice (Email & Chat)! Earn up to 24K package. At least 1 year BPO experience required!

What You'll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support
- Provide excellent customer service and engagement
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- At least 1 year BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Can work on shifting schedule and start ASAP
